Warranty Registration

Photonic Health offers a two-year warranty on our Photonic Red Light. If the device quits working within two years of purchase, we will repair or replace your device at no charge.

 

Note: This warranty is on the functionality of the light ONLY. This does not cover the finish, plastic lens, or the removable ring fastener.



 

To claim the warranty on your light please follow these steps:



1. Email Info@PhotonicHealth.com and request a warranty form 


2. Include your warranty form in the shipping box and ship product to:

Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing. Photonic Health, LLC is not responsible for any items shipped by the consumer that are lost/stolen/damaged in transit.

We want you to be comfortable with your purchase. That’s why Photonic Health offers a 90 day trial period for any light therapy devices.

If you don't get results or aren’t completely satisfied, return it to us for a refund. If all items are in resalable condition, 100% of the price will be refunded. If any items are damaged, the retail cost of the invidividual item will be deducted from the refund.
