• Practical experience with Red Light Therapy, whether it is with our device or one of our competitors.
• Established presence and reputation in your specialty. We insist that our distributors have the same high standards for service that we do.
• Consultant approach: we believe strongly in using our knowledge and expertise to help customers select the best products for their specific needs.
• Knowledge of territory: it's important that our distributors have a strong working knowledge of the major markets in their specialty.
• Strong record for growth, with continuous increases in sales for the past three to five years.
• Financial stability, including:
          Willingness and ability to invest in your business.
          Solid accounting practices.
          Sound credit and payment history with other vendors.
• Business plan. It's hard to go anywhere if you don't have a road map. We ask our distributors to have an annual business plan that addresses people, process, planning and budgets for sales, marketing and operations.
• Professional appearances. We expect our distributors to maintain professional appearances at all times when dealing with customers.
• Established contacts and relationships with key customers. By establishing professional relationships,you will be able to expand your business network.
• Commitment to ongoing training and improvement. As your business grows, our business grows. We are committed to offering you the best tools to help you grow.
• Strong promotional and marketing programs for your business (i.e. involvement in the community such as 4H, professional chapters, etc.)
• Commitment to attend key regional trade shows. Check our events calendar to see upcoming trade shows in your area. Attend these events to boost sales and contacts.
